Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) has issued a public advisory regarding flight cancellations resulting from the adverse weather conditions brought by Tropical Storm Basyang.
As of 9:30 p.m. on February 5, several domestic flights scheduled for Thursday and Friday have been cancelled to ensure the safety of all passengers and crew.
