Megaworld’s GERI unveils Villa Scala: A P7-billion Mediterranean-inspired coastal village in Nasugbu

Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), the specialized tourism and leisure subsidiary of real estate giant Megaworld, is set to redefine luxury coastal living with the launch of Villa Scala. This 18-hectare exclusive residential village marks the first development within the 116-hectare Nascala Coast township in Nasugbu, Batangas.

Inspired by the timeless beauty of Italy’s Amalfi Coast, Villa Scala offers a limited collection of 217 prime lots. Positioned on rolling terrain, the village provides future residents with sweeping views of Nasugbu Bay, the West Philippine Sea, and the surrounding mountain ranges.

Villa Scala is positioned within Batangas’ premium coastal corridor, an area renowned for high-value luxury resorts and private beach enclaves. Beyond the scenic landscapes, the development is poised to become a premier maritime destination.
