FAST Executives take oath as members of DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Guild

Three executives from FAST Logistics Group have officially taken their oath as members of the DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Guild, reaffirming the company’s leadership role in advancing logistics development and supporting the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Philippines.
FAST CEO for Logistics Manuel L. Onrejas Jr., VP for Strategic Growth Initiatives Gladys S. Ceniza, and Business Unit Head for Cold Chain Solutions Marc Anthony D. Dizon joined other industry leaders in the Guild — a national network of supply chain and logistics professionals providing pro bono advisory support to MSMEs facing operational, distribution, and scalability challenges.
The DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Guild brings together deep expertise across transportation, warehousing, cold chain management, import and export processes, procurement, information technology, analytics, packaging, and business process improvement. Through this collaborative platform, MSMEs gain access to practical, real-world insights that strengthen operations and improve long-term competitiveness.
“As disruptions, cost pressures, and service expectations continue to rise, businesses need supply chains that are not just efficient, but resilient and adaptable,” Manny said.
“The DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Guild is a timely platform where industry practitioners can share what works on the ground and help MSMEs build the capabilities they need to become more competitive.”
FAST leaders emphasized that their participation in the DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Guild reflects a broader commitment to industry transformation through meaningful public-private collaboration. FAST is the only logistics company represented by three members in the Guild.
Gladys highlighted how aligning private sector expertise with government programs accelerates impact and expands access to logistics knowledge for growing enterprises.
“Logistics is an economic multiplier,” she said. “When goods move more efficiently, businesses grow faster, create more jobs, and compete more effectively. Through the DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Guild, public-private collaboration enables MSMEs to access these advantages and compete on a more level playing field.”
For Marc, the Guild plays a critical role in making logistics expertise more approachable and actionable for entrepreneurs.
“Logistics can feel highly technical, but the fundamentals should be accessible to every business owner,” Marc said. “The DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Guild helps translate expert knowledge — from warehousing and transport to cold chain and process improvement — into practical guidance that MSMEs can use to improve service quality and operational performance.”
Guild members volunteer their time and expertise to help MSMEs optimize resources, expand market reach, and adapt to an evolving business environment. Interested enterprises may coordinate with the DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Group headed by Undersecretary Mary Jean T. Pacheco, CESO II, which matches MSMEs with Guild members best suited to their specific needs.
FAST’s active participation in the DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Guild underscores its long-standing commitment to empowering businesses of all sizes through innovative logistics solutions, thought leadership, and strong partnerships with government and industry stakeholders.
