The Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO) has opened the competitive bidding process for the Construction of the Ready-for-Fit-Out (RFFO) Building Phase 1, a major infrastructure project aimed at strengthening the ecozone’s capacity to host investors and locator enterprises.
With an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of PHP38,623,377.19, the project will involve the construction of a ready-for-fit-out commercial building within the APECO Corporate Campus in Sitio Motyong, Brgy. Esteves, Casiguran, Aurora.
The facility is designed to accelerate business setup timelines by providing investors with spaces that are structurally completed and ready for interior customization.
Completion of the project is targeted within 300 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
“The construction of our ready-for-fit-out office units reflects APECO’s commitment to creating a business environment where investors can immediately establish and grow their operations,” APECO Business Development and Marketing Manager and Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Gene Angel P. Ferrer said.
“By providing modern, accessible spaces within APECO, we are strengthening our ability to attract new enterprises, generate employment, and stimulate sustained economic activity for Aurora and the surrounding region,” Ferrer added.
Interested bidders may acquire the complete set of Bidding Documents from February 13 to March 10, 2026, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Php 25,000.00. Documents may also be downloaded from the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and APECO websites, subject to payment prior to bid submission.
A pre-bid conference will be held on February 26, 2026 at 1:00 PM, in hybrid format at the APECO Main Office in Casiguran and at its Satellite Office in Aseana City, Parañaque, as well as via Zoom video conferencing.
Submission of bids is scheduled on or before March 10, 2026 at 12:30 p.m., with bid opening set at 1:00 p.m. on the same day at the APECO Main Office and via Zoom.
Apart from the RFFO project, APECO seeks bidders for the construction of Sewage Treatment Plant Phase 2 worth PHP40.42 million as well as the supply, delivery, and installation of two 62kVA generator sets worth PHP8 million.
Bidding deadline for the said projects is also set on March 10.
