Clark International Airport (CRK) has achieved a major global milestone, being named one of only six airports worldwide to receive the Best Airports at Arrivals Globally award at the 2025 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Customer Experience Awards.
Organized by the Airports Council International (ACI) World, the ASQ awards are the aviation industry’s highest standard for passenger satisfaction benchmarking. This year’s results underscore CRK’s position as a premier gateway, excelling in the critical first moments a traveler experiences upon landing.
The recognition highlights CRK’s commitment to a “human-centered” approach, focusing on seamless border control and a welcoming atmosphere. This achievement places the Philippines on the global map for excellence in aviation infrastructure and service.
