In response to the evolving security situation in parts of the Middle East, Cebu Pacific (CEB) has issued its third travel advisory to ensure the safety of its passengers and crew. Following a rigorous risk assessment, the airline has announced the cancellation of additional flights scheduled for March 2, 2026.
The following round-trip flights between Manila and Dubai have been cancelled:
| Flight Number | Route |
| 5J 14 / 5J 15 | Manila – Dubai – Manila |
| 5J 18 / 5J 19 | Manila – Dubai – Manila |
The safety and well-being of our passengers, flight crew, and ground teams remain Cebu Pacific’s highest priority. We are maintaining constant communication with relevant aviation authorities and security experts to monitor regional developments. While we understand the inconvenience these cancellations may cause, these proactive measures are necessary given the current volatile environment.
To assist passengers during this period of uncertainty, CEB is providing flexible travel options for those flying to and from the following destinations:
-
Dubai: Travel dates from March 1 – 4, 2026
-
Riyadh: Travel dates from March 1 – 5, 2026
Affected passengers may choose one of the following via the Manage Booking portal:
-
Free Rebooking: Rebook to an alternate flight without additional fees or fare difference.
-
Travel Fund: Convert the full value of the ticket into a virtual wallet valid for future use. These options may be availed up to two hours before the originally scheduled time of departure.
