EEI Corp. secures PHP 1.6 billion in new real estate projects to kick off 2026

Construction industry leader EEI Corporation has announced a robust start to the fiscal year, securing major real estate contracts totaling PHP 1.6 billion within the first two months of 2026. These awards signal a significant stride toward the company’s annual order book targets and reinforce its dominance in the high-growth residential and hospitality sectors.

The newly awarded projects center on a strategic partnership with Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) for the development of two landmark towers in Tierra Davao:

  • Crown Residences: A 21-storey residential tower featuring 322 units and premium wellness facilities.

  • Crest Suites: A 21-storey mixed-use development consisting of 16 floors of condo-hotel units and three floors of residential units, totaling 260 units.

EEI President and CEO Henry D. Antonio highlighted that these projects are pivotal to the company’s 2026 strategy, focusing on geographic diversification and sustainable development. “This is a positive development to start 2026. With these residential and hospitality projects, we push our diversified portfolio further to regional markets and expand our capabilities to build sustainable communities throughout the country,” Antonio stated. “This will not only fuel the industry with more jobs but will also help our real estate partners build spaces that elevate the lives of people through innovation.”

By expanding its footprint in Davao, EEI continues to capitalize on the rising demand for luxury residential and hospitality spaces outside of Metro Manila. The company expects these projects to contribute to a year of steady financial performance and serves as a testament to its long-term partnerships with premier developers.

The PHP 1.6 billion injection into the order book underscores EEI’s operational readiness and its commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative infrastructure that meets the evolving needs of the Filipino market.
