The Bureau of Customs – Port of Batangas (BOC-POB), spearheaded by District Collector Carmelita M. Talusan, formally recognized its leading trade partners during the Customs Industry Consultative and Advisory Council (CICAC) meeting held recently.
The event served as a strategic platform to bridge the gap between government regulation and private sector operations, focusing on trade facilitation, revenue sustainability, and the latest policy updates.
A major highlight of the assembly was the awarding of the Top 10 Importers for Calendar Year 2025. These organizations were lauded for their consistent compliance and substantial contributions to the Port’s revenue targets.
