DTI launches “One DTI Portal” to streamline access to government E-services

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), through its E-Commerce Bureau (ECB), in partnership with the Development Bank of the Philippines Data Center, Inc. (DBP DCI), proudly announces the launch of the One DTI Portal—a unified digital platform designed to provide seamless access to the agency’s wide range of e-services.

This initiative supports DTI’s mandate to deliver faster, more efficient, and secure services to businesses and consumers across the Philippines. By consolidating multiple systems into a single portal, users can now conveniently access essential services anytime, anywhere.

The One DTI Portal integrates the following key e-services:

  • E-Commerce Philippine Trustmark (TRUSTMARK)
  • Online Dispute Resolution System (ODRS)
  • Online Business Database (OBD)
  • Office for Special Mandate on Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products (OSMV) Application System
  • Business Name Registration System (BNRS)
  • Barangay Micro Business Enterprise (BMBE)
  • Integrated Registration and Information System (IREGIS)
  • Philippine National Trade Repository (PNTR)
  • Consumer Complaints Assistance and Resolution System (CONSUMER CAReS)
  • E-Licensing System (E-LICENSING)
  • Search for Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABS)
  • Product Certification Information Management System (PCIMS)
  • Trade Remedy Electronic Filing System (TREFS)
  • Domestic Bidders Certificate of Preference Program (DOBID)
  • BIS Import Data Dissemination Automation (BIDDA)

The launch of the One DTI Portal marks a significant step toward digital transformation in public service, enhancing transparency, accessibility, and ease of doing business in the country.
