Leading VisMin developer Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) has secured a 70-hectare property in Dasmariñas, Cavite, marking its highly anticipated expansion into the Luzon market.
The acquisition sets the stage for CLI’s flagship Luzon township, strategically positioned to tap into one of the country’s most vibrant economic corridors.
Located near Governor’s Drive and the Cavite–Laguna Expressway (CALAX), the site is nestled within the high-growth CALABARZON region.
The master-planned development is designed to address the surging residential demand in the area, offering proximity to key transport routes, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions.
CLI intends to transform the 70-hectare expanse into a self-sustaining township. The project will primarily feature:

6,000 Residential Units: Catering to the economic and mid-market segments across multiple phases.

The first phase of the development is scheduled for launch between 2027 and 2028, ensuring a timely response to the region’s housing needs.

While this project marks a significant geographic leap, the company notes that the transaction will not materially affect CLI’s immediate financial condition, allowing the developer to maintain its robust operational scale while pursuing new horizons.
