This year, we’re proud to launch “My Harassment-Free Ship”, a bold campaign to foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and zero tolerance for bullying and harassment at sea.
Building a Safer Maritime Workplace
Seafarers are the lifeblood of global commerce, yet many still endure harassment, bullying, and discrimination on board. Studies reveal that over half of female seafarers—and a troubling number of their male counterparts—have faced harassment that endangers their safety, mental health, and career advancement.
It’s time for the maritime industry to take decisive, united action to create safer, more inclusive ships for everyone.
