The Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) solidified its commitment to advancing digital public services and smart city development by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Clever Minds Digital Solutions, Inc. (CMDSI). The partnership aims to integrate LANDBANK’s robust electronic payment services into CMDSIโs innovative parking application, LUVPARK.
The signing ceremony took place today, 30 October 2025, at the GC&C Building in Bacolod City.
The collaboration will embed LANDBANKโs reliable digital payment facilities directly within LUVPARK, a GPS-enabled mobile application that allows users to seamlessly find, reserve, and pay for parking spaces in real-time. This integration ensures a more secure, efficient, and entirely cashless parking experience for users across the country, starting with key urban centers.

The formal signing was led by LANDBANK President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz and CMDSI President and CEO Charles Anthony M. Dumancas. They were witnessed by LANDBANK Executive Vice President Leila C. Martin, Senior Vice President Marilou L. Villafranca, and CMDSI General Manager Cathrina Y. Dumancas.
