Halcyon Tool Services Inc. has registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) as a new ecozone logistics services enterprise.
The registration agreement was signed by PEZA Director General Tereso O. Panga and Halcyon Tool Services Inc. President Hamilcar P. Azarias on February 9, 2026.
To operate in Laguna Technopark–Special Economic Zone (LT-SEZ), Halcyon will provide logistics and supply chain services covering warehousing and support activities for transportation, with its PHP12 million investment expected to generate 15 local jobs.
Highlighting the importance of MSMEs in building a robust industrial ecosystem, DG Panga noted, “PEZA is not only home to large multinational firms—we are equally committed to empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises. MSMEs like Halcyon play a critical role in strengthening supply chains, supporting exporters, and deepening industry linkagwithin our economic zones.”
He added that expanding MSME integration in PEZA ecozones enhances industry resilience and competitiveness, noting that logistics and support enterprises are vital enablers of efficient trade, manufacturing, and export growth.
Significantly, the new registration reinforces PEZA’s continuing efforts of fostering a dynamic, MSME-inclusive business environment that drives sustainable economic growth while reinforcing the Philippines’ position as a reliable hub for trade and investment.
