In a move to bolster bilateral economic cooperation, Secretary Arsenio M. Balisacan of the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev) met with His Excellency Frank Feighan T.D., Ireland’s Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, to discuss strategic partnerships in high-growth sectors.
