Century Properties Group Inc. (CPGI) announced a significant turning point in its Central Luzon expansion, celebrating the simultaneous achievement of three major construction and development milestones—dubbed the “Triple Wave”—at its flagship Azure North Estate in San Fernando, Pampanga.
The celebratory event underscored CPGI’s strong commitment to establishing a dominant footprint in the region’s rapidly growing residential resort market by diversifying its product portfolio and delivering on its promises to homeowners.
The “Triple Wave” celebration featured three distinct phases of development, showcasing the comprehensive evolution of the 7.8-hectare estate:
Inauguration of Barbados Tower: The completion and inauguration of the third and final high-rise building, adding 820 units and bringing the total high-rise inventory across all three towers to 2,426 units. The tower, which represents a P1.6 billion capital expenditure, is 99% sold out and is now ready for homeowner turnover.
Groundbreaking of Azure North Townvillas: A strategic entry into the premium house-and-lot segment in Pampanga. This exclusive 0.8-hectare enclave will feature 49 units of 3- and 4-story homes with lot areas up to 133 square meters. The limited inventory is already sold out, expected to generate P1.3 billion in revenues with completion targeted for 2028.
First Concrete Pouring for Mykonos Tower: Kicking off the vertical construction of the estate’s first mid-rise building, launched in February 2025. With a P1.2 billion capital expenditure and projected sales of P2.7 billion, the tower is slated for completion by the end of 2027. Mykonos Tower is notable for offering unit cuts that exceed typical Metro Manila standards, with one-bedroom units averaging 44 square meters.
CPGI is also significantly investing in enriching the estate’s resort amenities. Building on the success of Phase 1 features, which include a man-made beach lagoon, wave pool, and exclusive clubhouse, the company is committing P215 million to the Azure North Waterpark and a new playpark, both expected to be completed by 2028. The enhanced package will feature new water slides, a basketball court, a children’s playground, and a pet park, reinforcing Azure North’s differentiated resort-style living proposition.

The Azure North Estate is strategically positioned near key commercial hubs, including SM Pampanga and Robinson’s Starmills, offering residents both resort relaxation and urban accessibility.
