Lalamove, the leading on-demand delivery platform, in coordination with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), today announced a special payout schedule for partner-drivers in Metro Manila who have not yet received their government cash relief assistance.
The special distribution will take place from May 19 to May 21 at The Tent, Gatchalian Drive, Las Piñas City. Eligible drivers will receive their Php 5,000 cash assistance during this three-day window.
To ensure a safe, orderly, and efficient distribution process, Lalamove and the DSWD have implemented a strict scheduling system. Drivers are advised that they will only be accommodated during their specifically assigned date and time.
Drivers must verify their eligibility and designated payout window before heading to the venue.

Strict Policy: A strict “No Schedule, No Claiming” policy will be enforced.
To ensure a smooth process at the venue, all eligible partner-drivers must adhere to the following protocols:

No Walk-Ins: Only drivers with a confirmed schedule for that specific day and time will be allowed entry into the venue.

Personal Appearance Required: The Php 5,000 cash assistance must be claimed personally by the registered Lalamove driver. Proxies or representatives are strictly prohibited.

Geographic Restriction: This special claiming window is exclusively for Lalamove partner-drivers operating within the National Capital Region (NCR).

Original Driver’s License (Must be valid and clear).

Photocopy of Driver’s License: At least one (1) clear, unwrinkled photocopy.
