Asticom Holding Co. Inc. has joined the Workday Partner Program, bringing Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to organizations in the Philippines.
The partnership marks a significant expansion of Asticom’s enterprise solutions portfolio and supports Globe’s broader commitment to enabling digital transformation for businesses through innovative technology solutions and trusted partnerships.
The partnership positions Asticom as a trusted local partner for Workday solutions, enabling Philippine enterprises to access and implement globally recognized HR and finance technologies designed to support digital transformation and operational efficiency.
The collaboration marks a significant expansion of Asticom’s enterprise solutions portfolio as the company continues to help organizations adopt future-ready technologies amid evolving business and workforce demands.

Under the partnership agreement, Asticom’s IT-BPO arm, Asti Business Services Inc (ABSI), will serve as the implementing arm for Workday solutions, leveraging its capabilities in enterprise technology, systems integration, and digital transformation services. The partnership aims to help organizations modernize workforce management and financial operations while enhancing agility and decision-making through AI-enabled tools.
