Trans-Asia Shipping Lines has announced an update to its ticketing policies regarding rebooking and refund requests.
Effective June 28, 2026, all passengers wishing to reschedule or refund their tickets must submit their requests no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
To ensure a smooth transition and avoid forfeiture of tickets, passengers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the updated timeline, processing locations, and documentation requirements outlined below.

30-Minute Deadline: Requests made less than 30 minutes before departure will no longer be accommodated.

Graduated Surcharges: All approved rebooking and refund transactions will be subject to applicable graduated surcharges based on the timing of the request.
Depending on how the original ticket was purchased, passengers can process their requests through the following channels:

Main or Provincial Office Tickets: Can be processed at any official Trans-Asia Main or Provincial Office.

Ticketing Outlet Purchases: Must be processed at the exact outlet where the ticket was purchased, or at any Trans-Asia Main or Provincial Office.

Chelsea Travel (E-Tickets / PDF Tickets): Can be conveniently managed online via the “Manage Booking” feature on the website, or in person at any Trans-Asia Main or Provincial Office.
To ensure a secure transaction, passengers must present the following documents at the time of the request:
For Ticket Owners:

The original Ticket / Passage Invoice.

A valid, government-issued ID.
For Authorized Representatives: If you are processing a change on behalf of the ticket owner, you must present:

An official Authorization Letter signed by the ticket owner.

A legible photocopy of the Ticket Owner’s valid government ID.

A legible photocopy of the Authorized Representative’s valid government ID. Failure to provide the required documentation or to meet the 30-minute pre-departure deadline will result in the inability to process the rebooking or refund.
