ICTSI reaches PHP14.65 billion in share buy-back milestone

The cumulative total reflects shares systematically acquired by the company from the program’s inception on September 1, 2015, to date. The comprehensive buy-back initiative is anchored on multiple authorizations granted by the ICTSI Board of Directors across several key resolutions: September 16, 2015, November 17, 2016, November 26, 2018, and October 10, 2019.

Collectively, these board-approved authorizations empower the company to repurchase up to 110 million shares. The aggregate figure of PHP14.65 billion represents the total cost of the cumulative number of shares purchased to date under this multi-year mandate.
