The Bureau of Customs has directed all its district collectors and subport collectors to immediately comply with the order to dispose all seized cars through public auction and negotiated sale.
Acting BOC Director Atty. Geniefelle P. Lagmay and Atty. Nicolas R. Kyamko III, BOC chief auction and cargo disposal monitoring division, signed the memorandum on March 20, 2025.
The memorandum is the strict compliance of the directive given during the Executive Committee Meeting held on March 17, 2025 directing the immediate disposal of seized cars Relative thereto, all District Collectors and Subport Collectors to expedite the disposal of all seized cars through public auction and negotiated sale.
