SM Leisure Resort and Residences (SM LRR), a subsidiary of SM Prime Holdings, Inc. (SM Prime), has officially topped off Pico Terraces, a P2-billion premium residential condominium located within the scenic Pico de Loro Cove in Hamilo Coast, Batangas.
