The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP)has issued Memorandum Circular No. 019-2025 prescribing the revised schedule of fees and charges, including adjustments to Aeronautical Fees and Charges (Part III) to ensure the sustainability and continued improvements of its airport operations and support continued improvements in service delivery across CAAP-operated airports.
In consideration of the concerns raised by the Air Carriers Association of the Philippines (ACAP) regarding the financial impact of the revised fees on all air operators and general aviation, CAAP also resolved to implement the Aeronautical Fees and Charges on a staggered basis. The circular was issued on April 16, 2025.
This phased implementation shall apply only to Part III Section 1 Landing and Take-Off Fees; and Section 2.1 International Airport Parking Fees. The schedule for implementation is as follows:
