The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) sealed back-to-back registration agreements with two Chinese manufacturing firms—CIXIN Precision Metal Products (Philippines) Inc. and Philippine Newly Ever Rise Technology Corporation— as new Ecozone Export Enterprises set to operate at the Cavite Economic Zone (CEZ), Rosario, Cavite.
The agreements were signed by PEZA Deputy Director General for Operations Vivian S. Santos, together with Bo Zhou, General Manager of CIXIN Precision Metal Products (Philippines) Inc., and Weisheng Xiao, Deputy General Manager of Philippine Newly Ever Rise Technology Corporation held at PEZA Head Office.
CIXIN Precision is investing in the production of heatsink products, CNC products, electroplating, and surface treatment. The project will start commercial operations in March 2026 with a committed investment in new machinery and equipment worth around PhP40million within its first year, while committing to employ nearly a hundred Filipino workers, mostly in direct production roles.
Meanwhile, Philippine Newly Ever Rise Technology Corporation will engage in the manufacture and assembly of transformers, power supplies, batteries, robotics products, solar systems, and electric vehicle parts, reflecting the growing demand for renewable energy and advanced electronics. The company is scheduled to begin commercial operations in January 2026 with an equipment investment of over Php 20 million, and it commits to provide stable employment to around 600 local workers, further boosting the manufacturing base of the CEZ.
DDG Santos welcomed the agreements as “a testament to the confidence of global investors in the Philippines’ economic zones as hubs for advanced manufacturing, exports, and employment generation.”
Together, the two investments will reinforce the Philippines’ foothold in the regional supply chain for electronics, robotics, and precision metal products while aligning with the CREATE MORE Act and the country’s sustainability and industrial development goals. All outward-bound goods from both companies shall likewise be marked “Made in the Philippines – Cavite Economic Zone”, a proud seal that underscores the global quality of Philippine ecozone exports and affirms the country’s competitiveness as a trusted hub for high-value manufacturing.
