World Trade Center Metro Manila (WTCMM) announces the re-election of its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Pamela D. Pascual, to the Board of Directors of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) for the 2025–2029 term.
Ms. Pascual was re-elected to represent the Asia Pacific Region, securing the Philippines’ continued influential presence within the WTCA’s global governance structure, a network encompassing over 300 World Trade Center locations in nearly 100 countries.
Her renewed mandate reflects the WTCA network’s strong confidence in her leadership and her proven ability to drive international trade and investment. Since joining the Board in 2021, Ms. Pascual has been instrumental in strengthening the WTCA’s credibility, championing regional collaboration, and advancing meaningful trade initiatives worldwide. This track record was initially recognized when she won the inaugural WTCA Champions Award for Member of the Year in 2020.
“It is a profound honor to receive the continued trust of the global WTCA community,” said Ms. Pascual. “This re-election is not just a recognition of my personal commitment, but a testament to the Philippines’ dedication to fostering stronger international partnerships and elevating the Asia Pacific region’s voice in shaping the future of global commerce and connectivity.”
Further cementing her global stature, Ms. Pascual also serves on the Board of Directors of the Union des Foires Internationales (UFI), the prestigious global association of the exhibition industry. Her dual board memberships position her as a key advocate for best practices in both international trade center operations and the global exhibitions sector, underscoring her influence in setting worldwide standards for trade, exhibitions, and special events. Ms. Pascual currently serves as Vice Chair of the WTCA Regional Advisory Council for the Asia Pacific.
