Continuing its aggressive fleet modernization and commitment to sustainable aviation, Cebu Pacific, the Philippines’ leading carrier, officially welcomed its newest Airbus A321neo (New Engine Option) to Manila today.
The aircraft, registered as RP-C4148 (MSN 12884), touched down at Ninoy Aquino International Airport following a multi-leg delivery flight from the Airbus production facility in Hamburg (XFW), Germany, with stops in Muscat (MCT) and Ho Chi Minh City (SGN).
The delivery of RP-C4148 marks another significant milestone for Cebu Pacific as it nears the end of a record-breaking year for fleet expansion. This latest addition is part of the airline’s ongoing transition to an all-NEO fleet, which allows CEB to offer low fares while significantly reducing its environmental footprint.
The A321neo is the “green” backbone of CEB’s narrow-body operations. Equipped with state-of-the-art Pratt & Whitney GTF™ (PW1133G-JM) engines, the aircraft delivers:
