LFM Properties Corporation (LFM) has entered into a contract to sell for the acquisition of a 918‑square‑meter prime parcel of land located at the corner of Valero and San Agustin Streets, Salcedo Village, Barangay Bel‑Air, Makati City.
The property, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. S‑86711, was purchased from Parity Values, Inc., a Philippine corporation based at Liberty Building, 835 A. Arnaiz Avenue, Makati City.
The Company’s Board of Directors approved the transaction on December 23, 2025.
Purchase Price: ₱1.1 billion, plus applicable value‑added tax
Valuation: Based on a third‑party valuation jointly commissioned by LFM and the Seller, which assessed the property’s fair value at ₱1.1 billion
Payment Terms: Payable over a one‑year term
Conditions: No conditions precedent to closing
The acquisition is expected to expand and strengthen LFM’s property portfolio, reinforcing the company’s strategic focus on high‑value real estate assets in key business districts.
