Navigating the various expressways across Luzon is becoming significantly more convenient. Easytrip Services Corporation is officially inviting all motorists to enroll in the “One RFID, All Tollways” initiative, a move designed to eliminate the need for multiple stickers and create a seamless, cashless journey across the entire Luzon toll network.
By unifying accounts, motorists can now enjoy the convenience of passing through both Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) and San Miguel Corporation (SMC) toll roads using a single RFID sticker. This initiative aims to reduce congestion at toll plazas, shorten travel time, and provide a truly integrated driving experience for the motoring public.
Transitioning to a unified system is straightforward. Motorists can follow these three steps to ensure their vehicle is ready for all Luzon expressways:
-
REGISTER: Visit the official Easytrip website at www.easytrip.ph to begin the registration process and link your account to the interoperability network.
-
REMOVE EXTRA STICKERS: To prevent signal interference at toll booths, it is essential to have only one active sticker. Visit any Easytrip station for professional assistance in safely removing your old Autosweep sticker.
Skip this step if you only have an Easytrip sticker or do not have any RFID sticker yet.
-
LOAD UP: Ensure your Easytrip RFID account has a sufficient balance before your trip. A healthy balance ensures a “hit-and-go” experience at every toll plaza, preventing delays for you and your fellow travelers.
-
Ultimate Convenience: No more fumbling for different cards or worrying about which lane to pick.
-
Faster Transit: Reduced detection errors mean quicker throughput at toll barriers.
-
Cashless & Safe: Minimize physical contact and cash handling for a more hygienic journey.
-
Wider Access: Experience a “borderless” Luzon, from NLEX and SCTEX to SLEX and TPLEX, with total ease.
“Our goal is to simplify the Filipino road trip,” said an Easytrip representative. “By enrolling in the One RFID system, we are giving time back to our motorists, allowing them to focus on the destination rather than the toll booths.”
