The Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) has released the applicable fuel surcharge rate for domestic and international flights for the period of January 1 to January 31, 2026.
Pursuant to CAB Resolution No. 25 (2022), the fuel surcharge level for the specified period is set at Level 4.
Airlines intending to impose or collect fuel surcharges during this period are required to file their applications with the CAB on or before the effectivity period.
The fuel surcharge rates must not exceed the Level 4 rate.
For surcharges collected in equivalent currency, the applicable conversion rate for January 2026 is 1 USD = 58.91 PHP.

The Civil Aeronautics Board reminds all airlines to comply with the guidelines and regulations set forth in CAB Resolution No. 25 (2022).
