Supply chain automation provider unveils agentic AI capabilities in supply chain for PH enterprises

GoComet, an AI-first supply chain automation provider, has unveiled an agentic AI capabilities tools to help Philippine enterprises come up with more informed decisions, ensuring more efficient logistics operations.

GoComet gathered the country’s senior supply chain leaders at the recent Manila Horizon 2026 forum to examine how artificial intelligence is reshaping enterprise logistics in the Philippines.  The forum focused on the shift from traditional visibility toward intelligence-led supply chains — where data, automation, and human judgment converge to build resilience, agility, and long-term operational strength.

“Visibility tells you where things are. Intelligence tells you what to do next,” said Chitransh Sahai, Cofounder & CEO of GoComet. “AI helps supply chains move from reacting late to planning early, which is where real resilience is built.”

With the Philippines acting as both a consumption-driven market and a strategic import hub, local supply chains are exposed to fluctuating port conditions, fragmented logistics networks, and global shocks that ripple quickly into domestic operations.

Industry leaders noted that while basic tracking has become table stakes, organizations are now prioritizing systems that can interpret live data, flag risks early, and support faster decision-making — especially across inbound freight and cross-border trade.

AI Center

At Manila Horizon, GoComet unveiled the next phase of supply chain intelligence — a progression from automated workflows to autonomous logistics operations.

Sahai showcased how GoComet’s AI Centre brings together multiple intelligent systems that continuously observe operations, reason over real-world context, and assist teams across planning, execution, and risk management. The AI agents act as personal digital assistants embedded into daily work.

Key capabilities highlighted included:

  • Incident Lens, which connects live port, weather, and geopolitical signals directly to shipments for early disruption detection.
  • Viera, a conversational AI that enables teams to query logistics data in natural language and receive instant insights.

Together, these systems convert millions of data points across shipments, documents, and communications into prioritized, explainable actions — helping enterprises improve productivity by up to 2x, reduce freight costs by up to 30 percent, increase inventory turnover by 17 percent, and drive stronger CSAT and NPS outcomes.

Participants agreed that the next phase of supply chain transformation in the Philippines will be driven by ecosystem collaboration, where enterprises, logistics providers, and technology platforms share data to build collective resilience.

Enabler for Human-Led Decisions

Sahai emphasized that AI’s growing role in supply chains is about strengthening human judgment. By automating monitoring, exception detection, and data consolidation, intelligent systems are freeing teams to focus on strategy, supplier collaboration, and scenario planning.

This approach is gaining traction among Philippines enterprises seeking to modernize operations without adding complexity or operational overhead.

“Technology only creates impact when it fits naturally into how teams work,” added Sahai.
“The goal isn’t more dashboards — it’s fewer surprises.”

The discussions also reflected the broader momentum of AI-driven supply chain platforms in the country. GoComet has been present in the Philippines since August 2021, recording approximately 2.5x annual growth in the region since launch. Today, the Philippines accounts for nearly 20 percent of GoComet’s total Southeast Asia customer portfolio, underscoring the country’s growing role as a hub for supply chain innovation in the region.

Industry leaders noted that this growth mirrors a wider trend: Philippine enterprises are increasingly viewing supply chain intelligence as a strategic capability — not just an operational tool.
