Xpress enhances Metro mobility with a new EV and TNVS hub at Greenhills Shopping Center

Following the successful launch of its flagship hub at the Paraรฑaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), mobility super app Xpress has announced the opening of its newest EV Taxi, Electric Motorcycle Taxi, and TNVS Queuing Station at Greenhills Shopping Center.

In a strategic collaboration with Ortigas & Company, Xpress is bridging the gap between digital ride-hailing and physical convenience. The new station, located near Uniqlo, aims to provide shoppers, diners, and commuters with immediate, organized access to eco-friendly transport as fuel prices continue to fluctuate across the country.

The Greenhills station operates daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offering a seamless “phygital” experience. Key features of the new hub include:

  • On-Site Assistance: Xpress Brand Ambassadors are stationed on-site to help users download the app, book rides, and navigate vehicle options.

  • Exclusive Incentives: Customers visiting the booth can access unique promo codes and in-app savings to offset rising transport costs.

  • Eco-Friendly Fleet: By prioritizing Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Electric Motorcycle Taxis, Xpress offers a sustainable alternative that remains insulated from volatile pump prices.

  • Reduced Wait Times: The dedicated queuing system ensures vehicles are staged and ready, eliminating the frustration of “searching for a signal” or waiting indefinitely for a driver to arrive from a distance.

“The success of our PITX hub proved that passengers value a physical touchpoint in high-traffic areas,” an Xpress official stated. “By bringing this model to Greenhills, we are ensuring that reliable, electric-powered transport is available the moment a customer steps out of the mall.”

The partnership with Ortigas & Company reflects a broader trend in urban planning: the integration of dedicated mobility hubs within commercial districts. As Metro Manila grapples with traffic density and environmental concerns, the shift toward organized, electric-first pickup points offers a more predictable and professional experience for both drivers and riders.

Xpress plans to continue this momentum by rolling out additional queuing stations across major lifestyle districts and transport terminals throughout Metro Manila in the coming months.
