Puregold Price Club, Inc., a leader in the Philippine grocery retail sector, announced record-breaking financial results for the full year 2025.
Driven by robust consumer demand and strategic expansion, the company reported consolidated revenues of Php 242.45 billion, marking a 10.6% increase from Php 219.17 billion in 2024.
The enterprise saw strong Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) across its primary brands, signaling sustained consumer loyalty and increased spending power:

Puregold Stores: Achieved +4.1% SSSG, fueled by higher average basket sizes.

S&R Warehouse Clubs: Delivered +6.1% SSSG, driven by a significant uptick in foot traffic.
Consolidated net income surged to Php 11.3 billion, an 8.8% year-on-year growth from Php 10.4 billion in 2024. This profitability was bolstered by strong topline growth and improved gross margins.
In a move to reward its investors, the PGOLD Board has approved a comprehensive dividend package totaling Php 5.67 billion—an 8.8% increase over the previous year. This reflects a notable dividend yield of 4.925%.
