Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) Administrator Sonia B. Malaluan, who attended the blessing and launching of M/V STARLITE GRATITUDE, held at Pier 5, Cebu City, on 29 June 2026, cited Starlite and Chelsea for raising the bar in terms of the vessel’s facilities, passenger accommodations, and safety features and equipment.
