In line with its continuous commitment to digital transformation and enhanced customer experience, the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) announced that its key non-life insurance transactions are now fully processed and released digitally.
This shift allows GSIS members, pensioners, and agency partners to bypass long queues and secure vital insurance documents from the comfort of their homes or offices.
Clients can now expect swift, digital-first processing and electronic issuance for the following non-life insurance transactions:
-
Insurance Policies: Full digital issuance of coverage documents.
-
Letters of Authority (LOA) & Letter Offers (LO): Digital processing for both Motor Vehicle and Non-Motor insurance claims. By transitioning these workflows online, GSIS aims to significantly cut down processing times, ensuring that beneficiaries receive their policy documents and claims approvals without unnecessary delays.
To ensure streamlined communication, GSIS has established dedicated email channels for specific claims-related concerns. Clients may submit their documents or follow up on existing filings through:
| Department | Contact Email |
| Motor Vehicle Claims | MotorClaims@gsis.gov.ph |
| Non-Motor Claims | NonmotorClaims@gsis.gov.ph |
Paying for non-life insurance premiums and related fees has also been made more accessible. GSIS partners can choose between two convenient payment methods:
-
Online: Via the secure Land Bank Link.BizPortal.
-
Over-the-Counter: At any Land Bank of the Philippines branch nationwide.
For inquiries or complex concerns that may require specialized assistance, GSIS encourages clients to utilize the GSIS Appointment Buddy System. This online scheduling tool allows users to book appointments ahead of time, ensuring they are served efficiently without waiting in long physical lines.
Through these digital initiatives, GSIS reinforces its mandate to provide seamless, reliable, and world-class social security and insurance services to the nation’s public servants.
