LBC Express Holdings, Inc. (LBC) said it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Anthony A. Abad as independent director, chairman of the Related Party Transaction Committee, chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, and member of the audit committee. 

The LBC Board of Directors approved Mr. Abad’s resignation during their meeting on July 6, 2026. In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, LBC said that Abad will focus on other matters which will render him unable to fully discharge his responsibilities as a Director of the company.

To replace Mr. Abad, the Board elected Atty. Teodoro A. Pastrana, as Independent Director, chairman of the Related Party Transaction Committee, Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, and Member of the Audit Committee commencing from  July 6, 2026.
