The new initiative transforms everyday conversations into structured “How-To Guides,” the Company aims to solidify its commitment to Consistency, Connectivity, and Continuity (The 3 Cs) in all facets of its maritime and logistical operations.
The newly introduced documentation framework provides employees with a clear roadmap for capturing institutional knowledge. This guide is anchored by three strategic pillars:

Modern Tool Integration: Leveraging a powerful tech stack—including Excel for data integrity, Google Drive for real-time collaboration, and Gemini AI for streamlining the drafting and refining of complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
