Managed through CLI’s hospitality arm, CLI Hotels and Resorts, the Php 1.99 billion property is the first Radisson RED to launch in the Philippines, introducing a bold, lifestyle-oriented hotel concept to Cebu’s urban landscape.
Located within the Astra Centre—CLI’s premier mixed-use development on A.S. Fortuna Street—the 144-key hotel is strategically positioned to serve business and leisure travelers. Its location offers seamless connectivity to Cebu IT Park, Cebu Business Park, and Mactan-Cebu International Airport.
Designed with a distinct visual identity, Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue blends modern, tech-forward accommodations with vibrant social spaces. The lobby features a life-size jeepney installation, serving as a cultural focal point that anchors the global “RED” experience in local Cebuano heritage.

The opening of Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue marks CLI’s fifth operational hotel, joining Citadines Cebu City, lyf Cebu City, The Pad Co-Living, and Citadines Bacolod City. This expansion is a key component of CLI’s strategy to grow its recurring income base alongside its core residential business.
