OceanaGold (Philippines), Inc. announced its operational and financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Company remains fully on track to meet its full-year 2026 production, cost, and capital guidance, supported by an expected step-up in production and lower costs in the second half of the year.
Q2 2026 financial & operational summary:

Gold & Copper Production: Produced 21,400 ounces of gold and 2,700 tonnes of copper.

Financial Performance: Achieved revenue of $127 million, net income of $33 million, and earnings per share of $0.014.

Quarterly Dividend: Declared a Q2 dividend of $0.0075 per common share, totaling $17.0 million (equivalent to approximately ₱0.4628 per share based on an exchange rate of ₱61.713 to $1.00).
“During the second quarter, we maintained safe and responsible production of gold and copper in line with our guidance,” said Atty. Joan Adaci-Cattiling, President of OceanaGold Philippines. “With today’s gold prices and another solid quarter of operating performance, we announced another healthy quarterly dividend for our shareholders. Pleasingly, we also continue to advance our organic growth projects including the ramp-up of underground mining rates and the acceleration of drilling both our underground and near-mine regional targets such as True Blue.”
Holders of publicly traded common shares at the close of business on August 20, 2026 (Manila Time) (the “Record Date”) will be entitled to receive the Q2 dividend payment on September 17, 2026 (Manila Time). Payments will be made in Philippine pesos based on the prevailing exchange rate on the processing date.
