Cebu Pacific offers flexible travel options for passengers affected by inclement weather

Cebu Pacific (CEB) announced that its flights continue to operate as scheduled. However, in light of current weather conditions affecting several parts of the country, the airline is implementing flexible rebooking options to accommodate passengers who prefer to postpone their travel.

Flex-Options for Manila and Clark routes:

Passengers with scheduled flights to and from Manila and Clark on August 18 and 19 may conveniently manage their bookings through the official Cebu Pacific website by selecting either of the following options:

  • Free Rebooking: Rebook flights without incurring any change fees or fare differences, provided it is within the applicable travel period.

  • Travel Fund: Convert the full value of the booking into a digital Travel Fund for future use.

  • August 17 Travelers: Passengers scheduled to fly today, August 17, who are unable to make their flights are advised to reach out directly to live customer support agents for assistance.

  • Flight Status Check: Passengers who wish to proceed with their travel as scheduled are strongly encouraged to check their real-time flight status before heading to the airport, as shifting weather conditions may impact ongoing operations.

Cebu Pacific acknowledges that severe weather creates challenging travel circumstances and appeals to the public for patience and kindness toward fellow travellers and frontline teams working diligently to ensure safe operations.

CEB reiterates its commitment to safety and thanks its passengers for their continued understanding.
