Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) achieves PHP4 Billion in sales from launch of One Manresa Place

Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) continues to demonstrate its leadership in the VisMin real estate market, securing PHP 4 billion in sales during a two-day launch event and PHP 5 billion within just two weeks following the debut of One Manresa Place. This premier residential development is the first project within CLI’s expansive Manresa Town township in Cagayan de Oro, underscoring the sustained high demand for real estate in the region.

The three-tower condominium, designed with sustainability in mind, offers units priced between PHP 4.6 million and PHP 18.5 million. Residents can enjoy a range of premium amenities, including sky gardens, swimming pools, and co-working spaces, all within a thoughtfully designed, open-concept environment.

CLI’s success is further reflected in the rapid sales of its residential inventory, with 94% of available units across 17 cities in VisMin already sold.

This impressive track record cements CLI’s position as the leading real estate developer in the region. Additionally, the company recently topped Colliers’ latest study as the #1 residential developer in VisMin based on market share.

In its ongoing commitment to sustainability, CLI raised PHP 5 billion through the issuance of sustainability-linked bonds. These funds will be used to finance the construction of 16,000 affordable homes, marking the second tranche of CLI’s P15-billion shelf-registration program. With PHP 5 billion still available for future issuances, CLI is well-positioned to continue its growth trajectory.

Further solidifying its commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, CLI has earned a place in the P300-million ATR Asset Management Philippine Sustainable Development Growth Fund, a portfolio of the country’s top 20 publicly listed companies recognized for their strong ESG performance and financial growth.
