In their official clarification, Pro V&V stated that they conducted a comprehensive source code review of the ACM 3.5 version, which represents the Final Trusted Build of the system. This clarification directly addresses concerns arising from a previous version of their report.
Pro V&V explained that their initial document, the “Final Source Code Review Report” dated April 30, 2025, became outdated due to subsequent modifications submitted by Miru to Pro V&V on March 28, 2025. These important changes necessitated an update to the build version number, moving it from 3.4 to certified version 3.5.
Following the incorporation of these updates, the revised software build was resubmitted to Pro V&V for thorough review. This culminated in establishing the Final Trusted Build, version 3.5, on March 29, 2025, at 9:00 AM Manila Time in Huntsville, Alabama.
To ensure complete transparency and definitively resolve any lingering questions, Pro V&V has committed to submitting a revised “Final Source Code Review Report.” The entity emphasized that the sole difference between the earlier, superseded report and the forthcoming updated version is the inclusion and validation of the changes implemented by Miru on March 28, 2025, which resulted in the official software version being designated as 3.5.
