Trains will facilitate passenger boarding and alighting at the main stations of Lucena, San Pablo, and Calamba. In addition, the service will also accommodate passengers at various flagstops, including Sariaya, Lutucan, Candelaria, Tiaong (Lalig), IRRI, College, Los Baños, Masili, and Pansol.
