Casa Mira Towers Palawan: Vertical Living Comes to Puerto Princesa
CLI’s flagship housing brand, Casa Mira, is expanding to Palawan with the groundbreaking of Casa Mira Towers Palawan. With a total project value of P3.8 billion, this is CLI’s first development in Puerto Princesa. In response to strong demand, the company also announced the launch of two additional towers, adding 567 new units to the seven-tower development.
Located on 2.09 hectares in Barangay San Pedro, just minutes from the Puerto Princesa airport and city center, Casa Mira Towers Palawan combines urban convenience with a resort-like atmosphere. Sixty percent of the property is dedicated to open space, lush greenery, and premium amenities, including a clubhouse, pools, gym, roof gardens, and an EV charging station—a rare feature for this market segment. The project offers studio and one-bedroom units ranging from 20 to 32 sqm, with select units featuring balconies with scenic views of Palawan’s natural landscape.
North Grove at Pristina Town: Elevated Garden-Inspired Living in Cebu
CLI also broke ground on North Grove at Pristina Town, the first residential phase of a new sustainable township in Bacayan, Cebu City. Developed by Cebu Homegrown Developers Inc., a joint venture between CLI and Ixidor Holdings, this P5.4 billion project builds on the success of their partnership’s previous development, Mandtra Residences. North Grove will introduce two residential towers, Lumina and Terra, each designed with a focus on green spaces and thoughtfully crafted environments.
Lumina Tower will feature 386 studio and one-bedroom garden units, each equipped with full-height windows for natural light and exclusive garden amenities. Terra Tower will feature forest-inspired designs and premium amenities, including pocket gardens and fitness facilities. A key highlight of the development is a central podium with an expansive 1,800 sqm supermarket and nearly 2,000 sqm of leasable space for fresh retail and dining concepts, enhancing the convenience of township living.
