Airlines have been ordered to give full refund to passengers whose flights were cancelled due to Typhoon Opong.

Department of Transportation Acting Secretary Giovanni Lopez relayed to the Civil Aviation Board to implement his order. Lopez also said that airlines should also include waiving of rebooking fees and other charges.
