Social Security System (SSS) President and CEO Robert Joseph Montes de Claro joined global financial leaders as a featured panelist at the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) InvestPhilippines Business Pavilion. Speaking in the session titled “Harnessing AI-Enabled FinTech in Emerging Markets,” de Claro outlined a strategic vision for the future of social security in the Philippines.
During the discussion, PCEO de Claro emphasized that the SSS views Artificial Intelligence (AI) not merely as a trend, but as a practical necessity for modernizing public service. He detailed how the institution is integrating AI-driven solutions to streamline operations, enhance digital service delivery, and refine data-driven decision-making.
