The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) congratulates Sumosys Global Inc. on the successful inauguration of its new facility located at the TECO Industrial Park in Mabalacat, Pampanga.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by PEZA Deputy Zone Administrator Allan P. Datahan and Zone Manager Jason Suarez, alongside Sumosys Global Inc. Chairman Edwin Lee, Chief Executive Officer Vincent Lo, Director Michael Le Queux, and other key officials.
During the event, Director Michael Le Queux reflected on the company’s journey and highlighted PEZA’s pivotal role in bringing the project to fruition. He commended the agency’s proactive and hands-on approach, noting that Director General Tereso O. Panga and his team provided invaluable guidance throughout the registration process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
“This is an example of where the Philippines shines,” Le Queux said. “It’s the personal relationships, as well as the diligence and proactiveness of the staff, who truly have the best interests of the country at heart.”
In response, Director General Panga reaffirmed PEZA’s commitment to investor support and service excellence.
“Mr. Le Queux’s words capture what PEZA has always stood for: a government that listens, acts, and works alongside investors until solutions are achieved,” Panga said. “Our mandate goes beyond processing applications—we ensure that responsible investors are guided through every step, from understanding requirements to successfully establishing their operations in the Philippines. This red-carpet, one-stop-shop service is what makes PEZA a trusted partner for global companies, and it is a standard we will continue to uphold.”
Director General Panga also assured Sumosys of PEZA’s continued support for its current operations and future expansion plans.
“Together, we will continue to position the Philippines as a premier investment destination and a hub for future-forward industries,” he added.
Registered with PEZA in 2023, Sumosys Global Inc. is engaged in the manufacturing of computer, electronic, and optical products for export, primarily serving markets in the United States and Canada.
