Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corporation (PMPC) has declared cash dividend equivalent to PHP0.6791 per share or a total of PHP287.064 million in favor of all its stockholders of record as of June 8, 2026 payable on June 25, 2026.
The cash dividend was approved by its Board of Directors on May 21, 2026, PMPC said in a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange.
PMPC is a subsidiary of Panasonic Holdings Corporation, which was incorporated in Japan on December 15, 1935. PMPC is a manufacturer, importer and distributor of electronic, electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical appliances, other types of machinery, parts and components, battery and other related products bearing the ‘Panasonic’ brand.
The primary products of the Company are refrigerators, air conditioners, and washing machines. Other products of PMPC include electric fans, freezers, imported appliances like LCD/PDP TV sets, digital AV products, communications equipment/devices, office automation equipment, cooling equipment, and various kitchen and home appliances.
PMPC has two primary manufacturing facilities in the Philippines: their main head office in Taytay, Rizal and a second plant in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
