Monde M.Y. San, one of the Philippines’ most recognized food brands, is investing PHP5 billion for its new manufacturing project at the TECO Industrial Park–Special Economic Zone (TIP-SEZ) in Mabalacat, Pampanga.
On 23 June 2026, PEZA Director General Tereso O. Panga and Monde M.Y. San General Manager Keng Sun Mar signed the Registration Agreement (RA), with PEZA Deputy Director General for Operations Vivian S. Santos and Monde M.Y. San Procurement Manager Shirly Cabrera serving as witnesses.
The project covers the manufacturing of the company’s flagship SkyFlakes crackers and sandwich products, a long-standing household staple among Filipino consumers.
The facility is scheduled to commence commercial operations in 2027. The project is expected to generate direct jobs, contribute to domestic manufacturing output, and further strengthen the food manufacturing value chain in Central Luzon, said PEZA.
