BOI unites industry, academe, and government for ENvest Mindanao Forum 2026

To bridge the gap between education and industry demands, the Board of Investments (BOI) is bringing together key industry leaders, educational institutions, and government stakeholders in Cagayan de Oro City for the Educational Investment (ENvest) Mindanao Forum 2026.

The landmark forum serves as a strategic platform for schools, colleges, and universities across Mindanao to connect with BOI-registered enterprises. By facilitating direct networking and policy-driven dialogue, ENvest Mindanao 2026 aims to explore high-impact partnerships that will modernize educational infrastructure, enhance workforce readiness, and solidify industry-academe collaboration in the region.

A central feature of the forum is an interactive exhibition designed to showcase innovative educational solutions, training programs, and investment-ready opportunities. Prominent partners participating with exhibition booths include the Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT), Mabuhay Vinyl Corporation, and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

Through concerted efforts between the public and private sectors, the initiative seeks to align academic curricula with real-world industry requirements, ensuring that regional investments translate directly into sustainable careers and economic growth.

“Together, we aim to transform investments into meaningful, lasting opportunities for learners, educators, and future workers across Mindanao,” the BOI stated, emphasizing the crucial role of collaborative investment in driving regional economic development.
