The report highlights the company’s significant strides in intelligent operations, green energy transition, and pioneering labor rights protections across its 13-market international network.
In a year marked by rapid technological integration, J&T Express has successfully shifted ESG from a corporate concept to a core operational strength, demonstrating a firm commitment to sustainable, high-quality development.

Intelligent Infrastructure: The Company now operates 14 self-built core logistics parks globally, totaling 1.05 million square meters. These facilities are powered by over 150,000 permanent magnet synchronous motorized rollers and 400+ energy-saving conveyor belts.

Low-Carbon Fleet: In China, LNG tractors now comprise 30% of the self-owned fleet, contributing to a 6% year-on-year reduction in greenhouse gas emission intensity for line-haul vehicles. Internationally, the Philippines achieved 100% B5 biodiesel usage, while Singapore integrated electric trucks into 6% of its fleet.

The Future of Delivery: By the end of 2025, J&T deployed over 1,000 autonomous vehicles for last-mile delivery. Additionally, the company’s circular economy initiatives saw 38.27 million reusable transit bags used a cumulative 3.33 billion times.
A major 2025 milestone was the implementation of the “Platform Algorithm and Labor Rules Agreement” in Shanghai. Covering 290,000 workers, it is the first network-wide negotiation agreement in China’s express industry focused on salary protection and algorithm transparency.

Empowering Talent: J&T’s digital training platform saw a 60% increase in course offerings and a 2.8x surge in training hours. Global safety sessions reached 1.4 million participants across 27,000 sessions.

Community Lifelines: From deploying heavy-lift drones to transport 10,000kg of fruit daily for farmers in mountainous Chongqing to providing HK$10 million in emergency relief for fire victims in Hong Kong and 13 tons of supplies for flood victims in Indonesia, J&T remains a vital local partner.
J&T Express continues to solidify its global governance framework. In 2025, the Company achieved 100% training coverage for directors and senior management regarding anti-money laundering and anti-corruption. Over 89,000 employees participated in integrity education, ensuring ethical standards extend to every corner of the global supply chain.
