More than 50 percent of the vehicles on display and for test drive at the 10th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) will be electrified models, highlighting the public’s growing demand for sustainable and efficient mobility, according to the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc. (CAMPI).
This developed as veteran and first time exhibitors at the PIMS happening from June 4 to 7 at the World Trade Center Metro Manila, Pasay City are expected to showcase their new electric vehicle models.
This year’s PIMS brings together 17 automotive exhibitors, featuring a mix of established industry leaders and emerging brands. Participating exhibitors include BAIC, Chery, Foton, Geely, Honda, Isuzu, Jetour, Kia, MG, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Omoda & Jaecoo, Subaru, Suzuki, Tesla, Toyota, and VinFast.
Exhibitors making their PIMS debut includeBAIC, Omoda & Jaecoo, Subaru, Tesla, and Vinfast, introducing Filipino consumers to a wider range of technologies and design approaches entering the local market.
This year’s PIMS carries the theme “Forward in Every Drive,” reflecting the industry’s commitment to innovation, efficiency, and sustainable progress.
Bringing together a wide range of mobility solutions—from internal combustion engines to electrified vehicles—alongside innovations in safety, connectivity, and energy efficiency, the show demonstrates how mobility continues to become more practical, relevant, and accessible for Filipinos.
“The 10th Philippine International Motor Show underscores our aim in fostering a vibrant and competitive auto industry. One that is always moving ahead as a primary mobility provider to the Filipino motorists, and constantly evolving with appropriate technologies and solutions to address the changing customer needs,” said CAMPI President Jing Atienza.
First staged in 2007, PIMS is a biennial motoring event staged by CAMPI that aims to bring together the top manufacturers and key stakeholders from both the government and private sectors.
